La Blanca

After years of experimenting with skin contact fermentations, both Ondra and I, Marek Sr., wanted to make a brand new wine. I wanted to try something like Austrian gemischter satz, and Ondřej wanted something on skins. So we made a gemischter satz on skins. It was made only with white varieties, hence the Blanc, but since women are stronger than us men, we opted for Blanca; it sounded so Spanish that the “La” fell right in.
